Luv the product and how it makes my hair feel after applying. The ability to customize the color to a "T" is great! I've never been able to narrow down exactly what I was looking for!
The color lasts a really long time with little fading. Personally, I have my order set for every 6 weeks and that works.
I think the product is a little pricey but when you factor in the benefits, it's worth it!

It had been 6 months from when I had my hair colored in a salon until I colored the first time. The roots were not completely covered. Esalon made an adjustment and my color is perfect. This was easy to do and everything I needed was in the box!

E salon has went above and beyond! I see why you are rated number one. My first color was pulling a tad red. They not only corrected it but sent it to me for free because it wasn’t exactly what I wanted! Couldn’t ask for a better company to support! Thank you for not disappointing! I have never had a hair die make my hair the way this one did, I washed it all out & the softness was there even with my hair soaking wet. Once it was dry it was super soft & shiny & looked great & healthy.

Great instructions, even a sticker to post the instructions on your mirror. Two pairs of gloves. Dye preventing and erasing gel... just in case... for your skin. Shampoo and conditioner! All packaged neatly. Great job designers. And the product is great!

I colored my hair several days after receiving the order. At first I was a bit shocked at the new blonde but it has aged extremely well and my hair is shiny (yay) and healthy. I wash my hair every day ( swim at the Y) and the color and texture are doing great. Love it. Will be a return customer.

Including salon dye by a professional, I am quite pleased with this product. I have very dye resistent white hair which can be a challenge and while this dye does not cover 100%, it does cover the best of what I tried so far and blends seamlessly which in my opinion makes it look natural, almost as barely there highlights.

I love the new color, my hair roots now have a warmer tone to it than what I am used to. Very happy so far! I am going to keep a watch on how it fades, just in case it becomes brassy... but so far, it is still a really nice color that goes well with my natural hair color. :) Thank you!!

Das Paket mit Farbe kam in 3 Tagen an. Nach dem Färben hat mein Haar eine schöne Farbe. Es ist weich und glänzend. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und dies war meine erste Farbe von eSalon, aber sicherlich nicht meine letzte. Ich bleibe bei den Farben von eSalon und darüber hinaus. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich eSalon gefunden habe! 🤗

First, I love this kit! I don’t have to shop multiple places. I don’t have to decide color. Easy to use. Very convenient and quick. This is my Third time to use, I’m on auto ship. I just made an adjustment to my order to see if I can get a richer grab of color where my greys come in. Very easy to go in to account and make changes or add on if I want to. Saves me Soooo much $$ to not go to a hair dresser every 6 to 8 weeks.

I ordered for the first time. It came rather quickly and instructions were clear and easy to understand. I picked a color that was a little darker than I expected but I’m highly satisfied with the product. I like the fact that you can email your colorist and change the hair color you receive. I can’t wait for my next order to arrive

I decided to try e salon because I was spending too much time in a salon chair! I have long hair and it doesn’t usually take to color easily. I saw an add for the initial trial for $10 and figured worst case scenario, I go back to the salon to have any issues fixed….best case scenario I spend ten bucks and look great! Well I am so happy to say my first experience with e salon was absolutely Best Case Scenario!
My hair turned out beautiful, all the yellow brassiness I hated is gone. The kit came with everything needed and more. I particularly loved the little color corrector wipe for when messy applicators like me get some dye on the face.
Over all this first time customer just became a life long customer!
If you’re on the fence, I can honestly say: go for it!

I tried the color for the first time today. I was a little skeptical about the color but I have to say. It was perfect! I have a lot of grey so I’m hoping it won’t fade, that will be the proof. The next time, I think I need to leave the color on my roots a little longer.

I was so tired of going to the salon, being stuck there for 2 hours was so irritating. Then I tried your products and I loved how my hair looks and feels. I get so many compliments too. It took 3 tries and they had my hair color perfect and that's not easy. I have chestnut brown with red highlights. I just love my hair. It's so thick and shiny. I absolutely recommend!!!

This hair color is amazing. It stays on my hair longer than ANY product I’ve used. My hair is so soft afterwards. If I need to tweak it there is no problem. These stylists will patiently work with you until the right color is achieved. I highly recommend these hair products

This is the color for me! It's the closest match to my youthful natural strawberry blond hair color I had. Now in my 50's, my underlying red hair is dark, really no color, with grays. But this color perks out the natural underlying red and blonde! I love eSalon's hair color!

For a first time I swore I was at a salon. The product was easy to use, colour feel texture and smell was just gorgeous..I love the shampoo and conditioner that came in the packet..Could buy it by the bottle.
I did find my colour somewhat darker than normal and so I requested my colourist adjust it.

I love the color that I received. It colored my hair well. I had chemo and when my hair grew back it was all white. The eSalon color covered it well and I feel like my old self again.

I have used nearly every colour brand out there but I couldn’t wait to try e salon out, I got my colour delivered this morning and yes tried it straight away and I’m over the moon to say the least my colour is dark brown with a hint of gold and it does that no more one block colour I can actually see the hint of gold through the brown and my hair feels so good much thicker to touch and volume is brill the only thing I will say in my next order I’ll be sure to add the shampoo and conditioner as I didn’t think there was enough conditioner for the length of my hair but although the amount was small it worked left my hair feeling great. I’ll definitely be keeping my subscription with the added shampoo and conditioner. If anyone is thinking of giving esalon ago DO you won’t regret it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My colorist contacted me about sending her a recent pic because I haven't ordered in a while, and she wanted to make sure I got the correct formula. I didn't get around to it.....so sorry:(. She sent me what I have been getting in the past anyway. The good news is that it is PERFECT! It's been a while since I've colored my hair. I have health problems, and I just cannot do it by myself much of the time, so my hair was VERY blonde with just a little strawberry blonde mixed in. I always worry about hair color for redheads because so many of them look harsh, brassy and unnatural on older women. This one looks completely natural. Absolutely no one suspects a dye job! I've loved this product since the first time I used it, and I haven't been disappointed since. I will continue to use this product as long as I am able. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't come with the colorist to apply it:).
P.S. I also got one of the LONGEST admiring stares that I have gotten in a LONG time when I went to town today. Not bad for an almost 60 year old lady! I'd almost forgot what that was like. haha

That dreaded time when you find a few greys! So I didn’t want to change the colour of my hair, so I requested my natural colour so I could just cover the greys. It’s absolutely amazing! Feels and looks like I have been to the salon. 100% recommend this.

I went to a salon to get balayage However my hair ended up being a terrible yellow blonde colour in my medium brown hair and just not well situated and my hair was dry and yuck. I have contemplated using esalon for months now and decided to just go for it. So happy that I did as I am very happy with the results. My hair feels soft healthy and shiny. The colour is great and feeling good about my hair again.

Es handelt sich um eine wirklich gute Haarfarbe, nicht vergleichbar mit Haarfarben von dm oder rossmann. Die Betreuung ist sehr gut. Man kann immer nachschärfen und die aktuellen Wünsche angeben. Empfehlenswert!!!
