I'm 48 and have a fair amount of grey in my dark blonde hair. I was nervous about about permanent color because my hair is so long, but this was so easy! I absolutely love the results. My hair looks so beautiful and though my grey isn't completely gone, it blends perfectly and overall makes my result look more natural. I'm sold.

Had an appointment with my hairdresser to get a new cut & style so I took my color set with. She was very impressed with the the kit and it had everything she needed.. The color came out really well. I thought my roots were a little lighter, but that could just be because they were grown out a little. It’s been almost a month and the color is still vibrant. It’s grown out very slightly, but it’s hardly noticeable. Best of all it didn’t ruin the texture of my hair like other dyes. Even better I didn’t have to leave my house to get it done!

I called with concerns my soft black was not covering my roots and had a burgandy undertone I was not satisfied with. This seems to have a true soft black finish. Happy so far. Will leave longer next time in hopes it will have better coverage on my gray roots.

I love the colour kits, from getting 2 pairs of decent gloves, to the easy to follow instructions it makes colouring easy.
I am slowly changing my colour lighter and it's no trouble at all.
It matches my natural colour so well I can go 8 weeks between colours without the bad root line showing and it covers my greys.

I worked with my colorist to get just the right blend- the demi permanent color is ideal for my root growth and helps blend into my highlights softly as it grows. Looks so natural. I have received more compliments since I have been using eSalon color on my roots + highlights then I have ever with my very previous very pricey salon foil hi lights. Highly recommend!

My first colour was quite dark for me so I emailed the team and they sent another out really quick! This colour is fab!!!! Great match to my colour but tones it down just enough .. I'm now going to see how long it lasts .. I'm pretty happy on my first attempt .. they seem really nice and helpful and hopefully the colour will last and no more fluffy bleached hair for me!! This is easy to use (even for a clutz like me). The color was darker than I wanted but customer service is great and is recalibrating the color for next time. My hair is soft and vibrant. It was dull and limp before I tried this. I was very nervous but it is great. So much cheaper than going to the salon with great results.

Perfect root coloring. Easy application. Easy directions. I want my total all over color to be one shade lighter, keeping roots at this formulation. I want to add either blonde highlights or balayage. Really really like this root formulation.

I love eSalon. I’ve been using eSalon for years now. When I find a product with absolute certainty of results, ease of application and outstanding consistent results I am loyal to eSalon. That it’s delivered on time to my door, well, it can’t get better than this. For those who like to ‘change things up’, if done in time, eSalon has that flexibility as well! The cost is reasonable especially when one compares it to a brick and mortar Salon colorist. I tried that and not only was it TRIPLE the cost, the results were never consistent in color reliability to application reliability. eSalon out shines the competition for me!

I used a custom color from E-Salon for the first time & I am SO HAPPY with the results. My hair normally tends to turn very brassy so I had them send me a color that wouldn’t turn orange. I used medium ash brown. My hair is just a tiny bit darker than my current color but no brassiness. I am so glad that I can use this color now instead of paying so much at a salon. Everything was included in the kit, color, color brush, gloves, shampoo, conditioner, & stain remover. Such an affordable and amazing product. Love, Love, Love!

I am a stay at home mama and it was really hard for me to find a day to work me into my old stylist schedule and the cost wasn’t helping anything either.
When I ran across this I was super excited to try it. It’s affordable and I loved that it is professional and not regular box dye from a store.
The instructions were easy to follow and I have never dyed my hair myself before now and it was so simple and I just can’t stop saying how much I love it!
My colorist is awesome, I loved that she was super helpful and asked me what I wanted before she did anything. Great customer service gave me everything I needed for my first round and explained why she suggest doing something to help my hair be what I was wanting.
Oh and the shipping was super fast!!
If you are looking for something affordable, simple and of great quality I highly suggest giving eSalon a try.

I was scared to do it myself since it was my first time using this product. And my hair is dark and thick and wasn’t picking up hair dye. I thought no way this works. This stuff is the real deal and no more huge salon prices. Very happy with my color and results at home.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the custom color kit. They absolutely nailed the color I was looking to achieve, which is pretty remarkable considering I never even stepped foot in the salon or met with a colorist. I'm so pleased with the results and this will be my go-to color option. And my hair feels nourished and healthy, not dry and brittle. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this option. It was super easy to do . The color was vibrant my hair was super shiny. I absolutely loved it. I needed a change from my gray hair and it is a very close match to my natural color. Will continue to use!!

Lately when I used shop bought hair colour,I've noticed that the colour has only been lasting a couple of weeks.Which is why I decided to try eSalon,and I'm glad I did.The colour has lasted and I like the subtle tones also.Would I recommend this company,yes definately,although I do find the product a little pricy.

Excellent Management, quick adjustments

I am on my second box from eSalon now, and I am much happier with this box than my previous one! The color I was previously sent was too red, and with a note to Adjust Color, my current color is more a coppery auburn, and I am very pleased with how it turned out. My hair is soft and healthy despite changing colors and brands of dye. This go around the bottles were not broken, and the ends color left me with bright and vibrant ginger hair, even after a wash. The previous eSalon color also resisted fading beyond a gentle auburn, despite my attempts to dull it as much as possible in preparation for the new shade. Very happy. I may continue to make minor adjustments, but I am happy with the quality of the service, and will continue to use.

i liked it alot. still, a tiny bit darker than i would have liked but I'll change my formula. i appreciate the stylist working together with me on this. this is a great company and i like how my hair feels after i dye it. I'm glad i stuck around for the second dye. thanks team!

I love the colour! I used high street brands for years (semi Perminant). I have never had so many compliments that it suits me and a lovely colour. Very pleased, it has only been a couple of weeks, I wash my hair every other day. Can’t see my root greys and it has not faded. Very pleased.

I’ve been looking for my natural shade (born ginger here) and couldn’t find it, no stylist could do it, so I went and bleached and did fashion colors for a couple years. I was ready to get back to natural for a bit and your custom formula hit the nail on the head! I have the color of my youth back thanks to eSalon. You have a customer for life!
