Hair smells so nice. First time using it.. normally i dye my hair every 2 weeks to cover greys.. hoping this lasts longer. But good coverage. Will definitely use them monthly.

This color turned out beautifully! I wasn’t sure if I was ready to move on from the blonde so I waited a bit to dye my hair. I’m glad I took the leap, beautiful tones and the color works so much better with my skin tone. Colorist did an excellent job with my color!

I described the colour I wanted for my mom, listed the colour I used before and then sent a photo of my mom with the colour I was looking for and you nailed it right out of the gate. She’s thrilled (she’s 84!) and my dad loves it and I shall tell everyone!

Received my colour more than a month ago, but due to home schooling I finally got round to applying the colour yesterday. The process was straight forward and easy to follow and within less than an hour it was complete.
I'm am very pleased with my colour my hair feels in a good shiny condition and my previous blonde has now been toned down to a lovely warm beige blonde, it looks much nicer

This is the first time that I have coloured my hair at home so I was a little nervous as to how it would turn out. The whole process of choosing and ordering a colour was really straightforward on the website and it was rather exciting when the box arrived with my name on the bottles! It was a bit of a faff doing the back of my shoulder length hair but the instructions were really clear and I know it will get easier with practise. I am so pleased with the strawberry blonde colour as it looks so natural and I like having the reassurance that I can ask for advice and will get an answer fairly quickly. I will definitely be sticking with my new colour and esalon for the foreseeable future.

Ich bin so dankbar eSalon entdeckt zu haben, weil ich sehr schlechte Friseurerfahrungen sammeln musste. Beim letzten Friseurbesuch sind meine blonden Strähnen, welches eigentlich ein Balayage werden sollte, grün geworden und der gewünschte Braunton ein Rostbraun. Über 280€ hat mich dieser Besuch gekostet und ich war todunglücklich und werde auch keine Friseure mehr aufsuchen.
Drogerieprodukte überzeugten mich nicht, so dass ich auf eSalon während meiner Recherchen gestoßen bin.
Das Wunschfarbergebnis ist so wunderschön! Ein goldiges, sattes braun mit tollen Farbreflexen. Kein Rotstich, meine vereinzelt grauen Haare sind weich und vollständig abgedeckt. Kein harter Ansatz!
Ich bin wirklich unendlich dankbar, endlich ein passendes Produkt gefunden zu haben. Die Anwendung ist sehr leicht und auch für ungeübte sehr verständlich erklärt. Unheimlich süß ist auch die Personalisierung und ein Gedicht.
Zum Sommer werde ich dann zusätzlich das Strähnen-Set testen.

The pandemic drove me to color at home, though I had occasionally tried box color with little success over decades of hair coloring. ESalon gave me the same and very often better results than some pricey NYC salons, that I had to visit monthly. The professional advice and tweaks to my color by the ESalon stylists made it hard to believe that they weren’t actually standing over my shoulder! The results are shiny and healthy-and natural.

I’ve been very pleased with my custom color. My initial color was a bit dark so I requested a shade lighter and it’s perfect! It’s easy to apply, covers my gray well. I highly recommend.

This process was so easy, from filling out questionnaire online, expressing my concerns to a color specialist and receiving the product. The instructions included were very helpful and helped make the process a little less stressful. It has been about a month since I have colored my hair, the color is still vibrant, the gray's are not showing. This is everything I hoped for!

So ... more than I would normally spend to do my roots BUT the colour is perfect, my hair feels great and the coverage on my grey is really good - better than the brand I normally use. I like the fact that it’s really well packaged, easy to follow instructions and decent quality pairs of gloves. All in all impressed.

My colorist blended the exact cool toned brown that I requested. It was very easy to use with clear instructions. I got many compliments and my hair looks beautiful! Usually my hair turns orange after a week or two post color and this has not happened four weeks out with this product. I wanted a little bit lighter shade for my next order and requested an adjustment very easily.

I ordered my hair colour January 2021.I was so nervous once it arrived. When ever I box dye my hair it takes at least 4 boxes due to the thickness and length of my hair .
I took the plunge and went for it .
The colour was a match and my hair looks amazing .Not a grey hair in sight. My hair is shiny.

To say I was somewhat nervous is an understatement, I am a natural red head with very thick hair and have only had my hair coloured by a professional but with weeks of lockdown I had to do something about the roots!!!
The process for ordering was simple and allowed you to view the colours, I took the plunge and ordered it.
It arrived afew days later, all very well packaged and personalized, clear and simple instructions. I absolutely love the colour and shine it gave my hair, I think I'll be sticking to eSalon in future, not only is the colour amazing, it's also a fraction of the cost of a salon. I sent photo's to my family and close friends who all said looked so good, its as near to my natural colour as I could possibly get.

I have color-resistant hair. Stylists have had to do many things to "tweak" how the coloring is done because dye usually washes out of my hair within about 10 days. I am happy to report that this dye has not only stayed in my hair for the past 5 weeks, but it also looks very natural. This is a quality product, the process is easy and the end result is FANTASTIC!

I had spent $200.00 for a full head one shade color in an upscale hair salon. Although the color was pretty it completely failed to cover my roots or my all of a sudden grays. In comes esalon. I thought why not give it a shot being that the cost is so reasonable. Wow am I glad I did! No more roots, no more grays, and the color is even more beautiful and vibrant than anything I’ve ever received in the salon! Whoop whoop! Ich hatte Zweifel ob diese Haarfarbe mein graues Haar auch wirklich gut abdeckt. Bisher haben es sämtliche Friseure nicht geschafft meine Haare so zu färben, dass alle Grauen die Haarfarbe gut annehmen. Ich kann es kaum glauben, aber diese Farbe hat tatsächlich alles was grau war abgedeckt!!! Es ist wie ein Wunder. Und ich verstehe jetzt noch weniger warum das bis jetzt kein Friseur geschafft hat. Für mich war es schwierig erst die Ansätze zu färben und später die Längen, da ich am Hinterkopf nur nach Gefühl arbeiten kann und es so noch nie gemacht habe. Aber die Mühe hat sich gelohnt und ich werde es auf jeden Fall wieder tun, da mich die Qualität der Farbe restlos überzeugt hat. Die Gebrauchsanweisung war sehr gut verständlich und das restliche Zubehör hat mich ebenfalls begeistert. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

Ich habe zum ersten mal die Haarfarbe bestellt. Die Schritte zur Auswahl der Farbe waren verständlich erklärt.
Mit meiner Wahl der Haarfarbe war ich zu 90 % zufrieden. 10 % fehlen weil ich gerne etwas mehr Glanz in der Farbe gehabt hätte. Das lag aber daran, dass ich bei einem Schritt der Auswahl nicht sicher war und die warmen Töne abgewählt habe.
Der Service ist aber ausgezeichnet, ich habe mich per Mail an das Team gewandt und meine Haarfarbe für die nächste Bestellung wurde geändert. Die Beratung erfolgt sehr schnell, dies hat mich sehr gefreut.
Die Anleitung zum Färben ist auch sehr detailliert und theoretisch kann man nicht viel falsch machen, vorrausgesetzt man liest alles genau und befolgt es auch. Die Farbe hat einen angenehmen Duft, anders als bei manchen Produkten aus der Drogerie. Das Haar fühlt sich nach dem Färben und dem Waschen mit den zugehörigen Pflegemitteln sehr weich an.
Ich freue mich auf meine nächste Farbe und bin sehr gespannt wie sie ausfällt.
Zusätzlich habe ich eine Farbspülung bestellt und werde diese testen.

I'm never going back. I love the amazing multi-dimensional results I've gotten from eSalon. This is unlike the other box hair colors I've tried in the past. It's truly salon level color at a fraction of the price. Plus I love being in control of my color and not being at the mercy of my stylist and what they want for me.

I was reluctant at first as I had highlights and dark roots and I had previously tried to do it myself with drug store products which turned to a disaster and had to to back to the hairdresser.
Your advisors kindly emailed me and suggested a strawberry blonde instead of the dark blonde I chose and the colour turned out AMAZINGLY!
Really easy to use and good quality.

Meine Farbe war nach 1 Woche da. Sehr übersichtliches Set mit guter Beschreibung. Das Set war für „Ansatz“, vermutlich weil ich im Fragebogen angegeben hatte, vor 2 Wochen gefärbt zu haben. Da hätte ich mich klarer ausdrücken müssen. Anwendung mega easy, Ergebnis einfach klasse. Kein Übergang zur alten Farbe zu sehen. Die Farbmenge hat, trotz „Ansatz“ für meine kompletten, langen Haare gereicht. Sehr gut, dass Shampoo u Conditioner auch beiliegen. So wird das Ergebnis gut abgerundet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden:-)

A very professional set-up with two bottles, one for roots and one for ends. As I'm a red-head this gave me vibrant colour with copper overtones. This was my first time colouring with two bottles at home and admittedly I found it fiddly and missed some places, especially in the back. However, I'm now armed with knowledge from the helpful How-To videos and am ready to achieve even better results with my next colour session.
