I didn't see much of an increase in volume from some of the other shampoos I have tried. I am really concerned whether this shampoo contains Sulphates, as I know how bad it is to use shampoos that have this substance. Please let me know before I use any more of it. Thanks!

I expected more volume after using this shampoo, but I saw little, if any difference. It does smell very nice and was not expensive.

I am a Wen user of many years. Nothing was even close. Then came hair dye..... stoped working. Tryed their sample.... this was $12 for both if you buy the dye subscription. But $30 if you dont. I can Not dye my own hair. Tryed months. Now i buy $30 i am so picky. I dont speak up for any product. But here weare. Ask for a sample. See for yourself. Stay safe and healthy.

Shampoo is great - bottled leaked during shipment, creating quite a mess. Would think there would be some type of seal on the top of bottle to prevent this....?

I think that the fragrance of the shampoo is nice. The only thing that I would say that I don't care for with this product is that it doesn't lather up very much. It is expensive and I have had to pump it at least five times to get enough to use, and then, like I said, it doesn't lather up like other shampoos, so it doesn't feel like my hair is fully clean.

This is a great shampoo, but in my Oct. 17, 2018 order both the shampoo and the conditioner was leaking in the box and made a sticky mess although nice smelling. Maybe in future it would be better if they were somehow sealed around the opening, Thanks for an otherwise great product.

Love the products, but I miss the amusing, exciting, creative, playful names and colorful packaging you used to use. I do not like the new look and feel at all, but I still love your products. Your new packaging has taken away the joy and spontaneity and placed you back into the samo-samo lineup of all the other companies making hair care products. One of the things I loved about eSalon was the playfulness of the names and the packaging, making your products stand out above the rest of the wannabes. This new lineup is boring and just like everyone else. Please bring back the fun to your original names and packaging that fits so well the unique quality of your products. I really miss the fun!

The pumps weren't working on either the shampoo/conditioner. I called and asked for replacement pumps and they sent new bottles of both. Great customer service. The shampoo lives up to it's name!

I like this product on my thick hair. I have to alternate it with a different shampoo after about 2-3 shampoos. It does an ok job, but I'm still looking for a shampoo I can use and feel like it's clean after every wash.

Really does strip your hair and if you use a good conditioner after hair is soft and full . Really like. The pump was hard to open and does not come out very easy. But after the first wash takes very little to lather up.

I love the shampoo leaves hair soft and full but when I received the shampoo the dispenser nozzle didn't work it wouldn't pump up down at all no matter what so I have to keep opening the nozzle removing it and pouring the shampoo out does cause some waste and is a bit annoying but I do love the shampoo hopefully next time I'll get one where the dispenser pump actually works guess this was just a fluke. Oh well otherwise shampoo is a 5.

The Shampoo gives me volume and a feeling of thicker hair without extra weight. It's concentrated, so a relatively small amount is needed for cleansing, which is good. However, I wish you would offer it in a larger quantity than 8.5 ounces. Also, I would like to suggest that you consider changing the plunger delivery method. The plunger on mine broke as a result of accidentally dropping the bottle while in the shower. I couldn't fix it, thus I couldn't get shampoo out without taking the entire cap off. Fortunately, I was able to transfer and use the plunger from a bottle of your Color Safe Conditioner.However, I think a simple, commonly used flip cap with a delivery hole would be much easier to use and would probably be more cost efficient for both eSalon and the consumer. This type of cap is on the Redken shampoo I formerly used and I found it very convenient and efficient. Just a thought, but I strongly recommend that you make this change.

I liked it. I have only used it once. It seemed with all the other things I used on my hair it was a little too greasy. I need to try it again as I only just put my color on.

The Volumizing Shampoo works great and definitely gives my hair volume. The only thing I don't care for is that it "knots" your hair up and it almost feels like a rat's nest. (I follow up the shampoo with the conditioner which corrects the problem.) I thought this was only happening to me, but then talked to my sister-in-law and she had the same experience. (She ended up giving me her bottles because she didn't like the feeling.) But, overall, the product works like it supposed to and smells nice.

First of all I have Redish Magenta hair color, and have tried many color safe shampoos, both high end and drugstore. Either they did not work as as color safe shampoo, and if they did, they left so many residue (and my scalp is so sensitive) that easily I get dandruff. This is a clear shampoo, that smells like candy? (to me). When applied if feels so luxurious, my hair color barely bleeds, leaves my scalp clean, while at the same time hydrated, and after my hair is dry, I do notice the volume (since I have fine thin hair). One thing that I did notice is that it does not lather, but that is a thing on color safe shampoos. I am really amaze that this shampoo does everything that it promises. In Love.

My colour noticeably lasted when using this shampoo and my hair felt fuller after washing. However the pump bottle is very stiff to operate and should be improved.

Uasd this product after the first time I used your color system... Hair was full and silky, but the color didnt last long. Understanding that could be due to my grays being stubborn, not sure though. Again, bottle is too small.

I think this volumizing shampoo does exactly what it says - it does build up my hair and makes it easier to style. Plus, it keeps my color fresh for longer. What I don't like is the pump mechanism. I especially find it difficult to use with this shampoo as it is thicker. I wish this shampoo came in a squeeze type tube instead. Then I would give it 5 stars.

The shampoo is great but the bottle pump barely releases any shampoo. I have to use all my strength on the pump to get the product out of the bottle. I have arthritic/dislocated thumbs so it hurts to dispense the shampoo.

I haven't been using this that long, but so far it seems pretty good. The one complaint that I have is that the pump is very hard to use. And if you have any kind of arthritic problems...well that can be a big problem in the shower. I have RA and it takes all I got to pump out the shampoo with wet hands. Not good...So I hope they rethink the pumps on these bottles. I've never had a pump that pumps so hard before on anything.

LIke it however I am leaning toward more non sudsing conditioner cleansing. Several on the market similar to the Wen product I see advertised. I do use the Color Safe Volumizing Conditioner after this shampoo and sometime the Conditioner alone. Leaves hair soft and easy to handle

This shampoo and conditioner standalone in providing that your hair. Add the root lifter And you'll have some serious thick hair. I did not wash my hair for three days and the shampoo and conditioner still did not disappoint. My only complaint is the scent is too strong.

I happened to have full, thick and curly hair so the volumizing shampoo is not for me. I received it instead of the new one for dry/damaged hair, but it works. The only thing I don't like about the shampoo is that it doesn't lather much and the bottle is a little small for the price.
