I like this product because it smells great and ads some body to my fine hair. I’m not sure how much difference it makes in terms of color refresh, except for adding maybe a little shine and softness.

I used it on dry hair for about five minutes. I am trying to grow out my natural brown/grey hair. I only applied this to my orange grow out and now all of my hair is a nice and blended brunette. Use a hair mask after:)

I like the fact that it refreshes my color for a couple of days because I still get some brassiness about a week after I use my color even though I am using cool shades with ash and neutralizer...Ive never had red tones in my hair until I started coloring my hair (not just salon..if anything salon has lessened the brassiness but its still there and I hate it) Ive yet to find the solution to finding a nice cool brown with no red..maybe I need to change up my salon color a bit? Add more ash or neutralizer? I have no clue

So I have to space this one out by about two weeks, myself, because it is sooo beautifully brilliant. It's like my blonde just glows when I use this tint rinse. I typically wash every 4-5 days. Even when I've washed more frequently, it stays strong for at least 3 washes.

I really like the hint if color this product gives..although I was initially concerned that the red would color my hands...however it did not ...I washed my hands right away and no problems...so no worries when you see it !!!

My strawberry blonde has faded to just blonde as I've aged. This tint adds almost the exact tint to my hair as my old natural no color. It can get a little streaky, just try to apply as evenly as possible.

I got all-over highlights about a week ago. This was only the second time in my life for getting any highlights in my hair and I have naturally light Asian hair (dark brown with some natural highlights). I trusted the guy to do the right thing since he was the owner of the salon. I didn't have any expectations except to hide my grays. I was happy with the results right after the salon visit, but got increasingly unsatisfied as the week went on. I started Googling to see what my hair should've looked like after highlights. I learned about the undesirable brassiness and sloppy highlight jobs with free roots. They all looked like what I had on my head. I guess I should've done more research before walking into a salon. I paid $200 (after tips) to get more worries and possibly gray hair. Lesson learned.
Eventually, my research found its way to a YouTube video about Tinted Love from eSalon. There was even a 50% off discount code. But I read about how YouTubers were getting paid to give good reviews so I found another video that seemed more legit since hers didn't have a discount code. In any case, I ended up buying Red Neutralizer, after using the quick survey here, with 50% off code. The product seemed safe enough and it was going to be less than $15 after the shipping charge.
This morning I did the treatment on my whole head in the shower after testing a small batch of hair first. I followed the instructions closely since I was dealing with unknown chemicals here. I even worn protective gloves so I wouldn't end up with black fingers. Once I got out of the shower, I was quite amazed at the results I saw in the mirror. The brassiness was greatly reduced, my highlights looked a lot more natural even with the complimentary roots, and my hair looked a lot less damaged with the added shine. My husband was nagging and warning me about not creating another disaster after a disaster. He concurred he could see the same difference. I'm glad I got a happy ending.

I was happily surprised with this Red Neutralzer tint rinse. It does what it says it will do. It’s good...but could be great. I have naturally dark brown hair with a significant amount of pale/ash blonde highlights. The brown in my hair tends to turn orange with sun exposure. This worked well to neutralize the orange. However, it altered the beautiful ash tone of my highlights...making these more yellow, with a slight green hue. My holy grail product would eliminate the orange, brassy tones found in my dark brown hair, while also keeping or enhancing the ash tone of my blonde highlights.

I use it to remove unwanted red from my hair so that is the only tint I have tried, but I can say I was happy to eek out a little more time in between coloring.

I have tried everything.
Repeat. EVERYTHING.
I put this stuff on wet unwashed hair (not per the directions but I didn't want to jump in and out of the shower) and left it in for about 2 hours (also not per directions haha) and then rinsed with purple shampoo and conditioner. I couldn't see the results immediately out of the shower but after I blow dried OH MY GOD. My brassy/yellow blond hair is back to perfect ash!!! I've never seen results like this outside the salon. I am so happy I found this product - it will literally save me hundreds of dollars in in-between-toning trips (which go for about $90 each).

My hair just loves to lose the blues in my hair color and let the rusty red appear. This might be fine if that color of red complimented my skin tone. This Red Neutralizer corrected that red so that the color is much more neutral brown, maybe a little cool toned, with slight red accents much more normal to brown hair. The only thing I wasn't expecting is that the product is more runny than a shampoo usually is. After I got passed squirting too much out the first time, all was well. Very happy with this product and happy with the color result. Thank you, eSalon!

I use Tinted Love once a week on my very Copper Red hair. It keeps my color fresh and keeps the copper from fading which I understand is a common problem with copper dyes.

The more I used the more orange my hair turned. One call and the experts said instead of the recommended 2-3 minutes leave in time, reduce to 1-2 minutes. Great advise!

I tried this before I switched to the “Devoted to Hue” hair mask. This one is a little easier to use but I feel like the mask enhances the color better and more evenly.

I made the mistake of trying to lighten my dark brown hair and ended up with red/orange hair where i highlighted it. After the first use of the Red Neutralizer, the redness toned down slightly but after the second use the brassiness was gone. Just note, if you have any blonde hair, IT WILL TURN blue/green. Definitely buy this if you have major brassiness and have medium/dark brown hair.

I like how it refreshes my hair color but do not like the feel afterwards, makes it feel like it did when it was first colored each time. I will continue to use this product because of the overall results and that is the refreshed copper/red look I am going for.

This product is to die for!! i used it once and all my redness from my light/ brown hair disappeared! i wanted to achieve a darker but vibrate color and this makes my hair really soft and gorgeous. it even got out the orange in it. my hair is now where i want it to be. you must try!

This is a reorder and does the trick on my brassy brown hair that has some lightened pieces - I still use purple shampoo on the lighter kinda blonde - but this is necessary for beating down the red tones in my brown!
TIP ++ SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE the tube before you use it preferably well before then shake right before using it - I forgot and dang is it a watery mess! But low and behold the next time I used it - it comes out perfect manageable consistency.
Also for me this foams enough where I don't really need to shampoo before - I'm not big into fragrances but this has an addictive sweet candy sort of sniff that really doesn't linger tho I wish it did :)
Shiny hair is always the result which I love - plus great value - I have shoulder length hair and this will last me ages using 1-2 times a week.

Keeps my copper/red color looking bright and natural instead of faded. I don't use it as often as recommended on the bottle however, because doing so makes my hair too red instead of the more natural copper color that I prefer.

This is the real secret to keeping my red hair color from fading. I use it about every other time I shampoo. My suggestion: offer the LOVE shampoo and Tinted LOVE in travel sizes.

I have struggled with unwanted warmth in my brunette locks forever! This is the only product that has toned down the warmth without giving me an additional unwanted color like purple or green in my blonde pieces. It darkened my blonde a bit, but it gradually lightens back up without the warmth, so I will take it!

Was a bit suspicious of this product while I was using it in the shower at first, it felt very much like I was putting dye into my hair, and the fact that you dont shampoo after, only condition, made me nervous. However it washed out very well with conditioner and water, and definitely took that red tint out of my hair! If you are looking for a good red-reducing toner type product, this is it.

After many failed permanent toning attempts that left my hair even more brassy than before I found this recommended somewhere on youtube. The first time I used it I immediately noticed a drastic different and every time I use it I feel so much more confident. I have brown to dark blonde natural hair and left it on for longer than it recommends but it seems to have better results that way. I love this and will use it until all this dyed hair grows out!

My hair is very fine and normal hair color formulas are just too harsh, causing my hair to break. I have found that this treatment allows me to cover my grey in a very gentle way. It, of course, is temporary, but it is so easy to apply in the shower and gives a nice wash of color and added body. It really does only take a minute or two for a very nice effect.

I love this, have tried other products but this really works, instantly remove all the redness and copper color in the hair. The result color is also really natural, would definitely buy it again. The downside it came in very little amount. I recommend using a glove and not wet your hair when you put it on directly on the hair as it's very liquified.

Although I do not use this product faithfully, I can recommend this product highly. I used it 2 x a week and if I was going some place special, i would use it to give my color a boost. It does not color your hair, but it does give a "must have just colored your hair" kinda freshness look.

Have had so many people stop and ask me about my color. I tell them about the coloring products here and then explain that this just keeps adding a wonderful little dimension everytime I shampoo. So I don't get that faded look. Renew. Yah Hoo!

I have had a hard time with my hair wanting to turn red or brassy no matter what I do. Our well water turns everything orange! I had pretty much came to terms with it when I came across this product. I have noticed however even though the instructions say 3 mins.. I have left it on several hours & I get way better results. 3 mins doesn't give me results. Gives a great natural ashy hue! Very subtle though!
