The shampoo and conditioner leaves your hair smelling great. I wish the product was a little creamier though as it was hard to suds up. The conditioner also didn’t leave my hair as soft as I would have liked it to.

I checked the ingredients list on line before ordering and once I received the shampoo I see the bottle list says it contains limonene (of which gives me a rash). I’ll give this away. The conditioner doesn’t list it so I will try it and see if I get a reaction.

1st the bottle size. I don't think the price I paid even at 50% discount was worth it. The conditioner is nice but again the size of the bottle was way too small. With my thick curly long hair, it would run out within 2 weeks.

Ich habe sehr dickes Haar und ich brauche zu viel Shampoo. Ich muss mit diesem Shampoo meine Haare zwei mal waschen. Erst dann habe ich das Gefühl das der Schaum richtig in die Haare kommt.

After using the samples in my color kit I decided to switch when I ran out of my former shampoo. I love the smell but overall this just isn't the product for me. I felt like I needed to triple shampoo to really get clean hair, and even then after my hair dried it felt gunky even though I don't use product in my hair. The conditioner didn't seem to do much either. I really wanted to love this shampoo because I do love the smell (which I'm very picky about) and I like that it pairs well with the esalon color, but it just didn't work on my hair.

After I started dying my hair I wanted to make sure that the color would have a gentle wash, so I purchased the esalon shampoo and conditioner- classic. After using it for a couple washes I noticed that each time I washed my hair with this product my hair was falling out in clumps and was clogging up my shower drain as well. I actually mean a lot of hair was coming out during the shower.... I couldn’t figure out what was going on I’ve never used a product that was causing my hair to fall out. This product seems gentle and don’t smell strong, however I am extremely disappointed that I spent $30 on a shampoo and conditioner that I now have thinning hair from.

I got original duo, instead of this one. And because I wanted color change my entire order was delayed so I couldn't dye by Thanksgiving and was charged 3 weeks before receiving products I was not aware in cart as it was never confirmed expect this shampoo conditioner duo but didn't get it and was sent other items and I need to look into what I was charged vs what I received...and find out if they even match. As I had things in the cart as they were special priced items...

Love the product! But not the bottle the bottle is so strong it’s difficult to squeeze the product out fortunately I was able to take a pump from another product and use which made it easier to dispense. My suggestion is include a pump device to go on the bottle rather than making us try to squeeze the product out.

I tried this shampoo and conditioner combo but am not impressed. The conditioner is thin but makes my hair too soft, and the shampoo is just ok. I will not repurchase and will continue to use my Redken products for volume and color-treated hair.

I tried this shampoo set the last time I colored thinking it would help extend my color to last longer as well as work really well since it’s from a salon. I tried it for about 2 weeks but I have to say I wasn’t impressed. I have longer, thick hair and although it did clean and curl my hair naturally it didn’t help with conditioning it to not get tangled up.

I have always liked the product itself, but I do not like the current bottles. The lids don't flip open very easy. It is also hard to get the conditioner out of the bottle without leaving the bottle upside down or seriously shaking it to get the product out. The look of the bottles just has no pizzazz, either.

I used to love Heart Lock It Shampoo & Every Which Way Conditioner -The Classic Duo formula seems different and not as good. I also hate that it doesn't have the pump dispenser so I had to find two of them from old bottles of your products. The pump makes it so much easier to dispense. I particularly disliked the Classic Conditioner bottle b/c I had to squeeze it four times before I could get anything out of it.

This product makes my hair way too heavy. I've had tried using varying amounts, but it just doesn't give my hair the shine and body. I would not recommend purchase of this product and am dissatisfied that I did, especially given the price.

When I wash my hair I want it to smell great for a few days. This Moisture shampoo & conditioner has a very faint scent that I don’t care for & your hair doesn’t smell clean afterwards

The packaging honestly looks like something I would be scared to buy at the Dollar Store. I only used it once. I feel better about other products that I've purchased. I'm sure there is nothing wrong with it, but doesn't seem to be anything special about it. I could be wrong?

I expected something a little more luxurious.
This just felt extremely generic and was not as good as the color safe shampoo/conditioner I normally use. Since purchase, I have only used these once and have always found myself reaching for a different product other than these. I would not recommend and would not repurchase.

I am not happy with this product and how it made my hair feel like straw. My hair not only feels terrible, but it looks terrible as well. Way too expensive for such poor results.

It wasn't the worst I've used but it definitely wasn't good. Didn't leave my hair soft or manageable. Just overall didn't like it.

It takes very little product to make my hair easy to comb out! My complaint is I cannot get product out of the bottle. I have to leave bottle upside down (not easy in my shower) to be able to get a pea size amount out with the lid off. I think the product is even too thick for a pump. I will use the packet that comes with my color because I love the product!

This formulation did not work on my hair. I am trying the cowash, but in the meantime I had to throw these out. My hair was dull and my dandruff had a field day. I am hoping that the cowash works well in combination with my Dove 2in1 Dandruff Shampoo.
