This conditioner definitely gives volume, especially if you work with your hair to tease it up while drying. However, I also experienced my hair feeling heavy and looking greasy after about 12 hours.

I have always had to order twice the amount of conditioner than shampoo, because it seems that it was never enough on my hair to make it manageable. Not with this one, I only use a small amount to really condition my hair after my shampoo and it also has a great fragrance that makes it even better.

It isn’t the “biggest volume” that I’ve gotten out of some shampoo’s and Conditioners, but it is really good and it smells nice which is a BIG thing for me.

I thought this shampoo didn't give me enough volume; then I go back to using the regular eSalon shampoo and my hair is flatter. Now I use Volume shampoo each time I wash my hair.

Love the products, but I miss the amusing, exciting, creative, playful names and colorful packaging you used to use. I do not like the new look and feel at all, but I still love your products. Your new packaging has taken away the joy and spontaneity and placed you back into the samo-samo lineup of all the other companies making hair care products. One of the things I loved about eSalon was the playfulness of the names and the packaging, making your products stand out above the rest of the wannabes. This new lineup is boring and just like everyone else. Please bring back the fun to your original names and packaging that fits so well the unique quality of your products. I really miss the fun!

The pumps weren't working on either the shampoo/conditioner. I called and asked for replacement pumps and they sent new bottles of both. Great customer service. The shampoo lives up to it's name!

I like this product on my thick hair. I have to alternate it with a different shampoo after about 2-3 shampoos. It does an ok job, but I'm still looking for a shampoo I can use and feel like it's clean after every wash.

Only problem is dispensing. Shampoo and condition won't come out good enough; I have to take the cap off.
I would like to know if anyone else has this problem...I can't use any of the products that have pumps without removing the cap.

Really does strip your hair and if you use a good conditioner after hair is soft and full . Really like. The pump was hard to open and does not come out very easy. But after the first wash takes very little to lather up.

Use it sparingly as it is very thick....mix with water to actually lather on the head. Other than that it is a great product. It conditions without the excess weight that would normally be associated with this type of heavy conditioner. However I would not use it more than twice a month. Make sure to switch up your routine as to gain the best results.

I love the shampoo leaves hair soft and full but when I received the shampoo the dispenser nozzle didn't work it wouldn't pump up down at all no matter what so I have to keep opening the nozzle removing it and pouring the shampoo out does cause some waste and is a bit annoying but I do love the shampoo hopefully next time I'll get one where the dispenser pump actually works guess this was just a fluke. Oh well otherwise shampoo is a 5.

The product makes my hair very soft and tangle free. However the pump does not work too good. I won't purchase it again because of the pump. But the product is great.

The Shampoo gives me volume and a feeling of thicker hair without extra weight. It's concentrated, so a relatively small amount is needed for cleansing, which is good. However, I wish you would offer it in a larger quantity than 8.5 ounces. Also, I would like to suggest that you consider changing the plunger delivery method. The plunger on mine broke as a result of accidentally dropping the bottle while in the shower. I couldn't fix it, thus I couldn't get shampoo out without taking the entire cap off. Fortunately, I was able to transfer and use the plunger from a bottle of your Color Safe Conditioner.However, I think a simple, commonly used flip cap with a delivery hole would be much easier to use and would probably be more cost efficient for both eSalon and the consumer. This type of cap is on the Redken shampoo I formerly used and I found it very convenient and efficient. Just a thought, but I strongly recommend that you make this change.

I do not like the matching shampoo, but I DO like this conditioner. It conditions and makes my hair feel soft. The only reason for 4 stars and not five is the packaging. I'm normally a huge fan of pumps, but this pump doesn't dispense much at all per pump so I'm literally pumping it like 12 times to get the desired amount. I have long hair so that's why I need a lot. And the bottles are quite small, I'm sure I'll run out in no time. Oh well. It's a good conditioner nonetheless.

It's not my favorite go to shampoo, but it's does the job. A little gets you far. I can't seem to finish it so I can move on, but I'm always happy to get another wash out of it. Right after I shampoo, my hair feels crunchy - which is why I don't love it. But the results are soft hair.

This conditioner is good I'm not in love with it but my hair isn't fading too fast and it's pretty easy to get a brush through. I don't like how hard it is to get the conditioner out though, it's pretty thick. And I feel like I use a lot however I do have pretty long hair so maybe it's a normal amount.

The pump on my bottle was broken, thus only 4 stars, but the product really adds volume and protects the color. Would recommend it to short and medium length hair, everything past that length can become unmanageable mane.... lest this is the look you are going for.

While I have no complaints, I would rather stick with the regular conditioner (the one that comes with the color pack). I have had trouble with the pumps on the shampoos and conditioners I have purchased here (they almost never work) but that does not detract from the product's performance. Just an annoyance.

I love the conditioner only thing I find is that it does not come out of the container very well while in the shower. When you push down the pump it doesn't come back up fast enough when you need more than a pump or two. Also I would like to add in my case it could use more detangle within the solution,

I liked it. I have only used it once. It seemed with all the other things I used on my hair it was a little too greasy. I need to try it again as I only just put my color on.

The Volumizing Shampoo works great and definitely gives my hair volume. The only thing I don't care for is that it "knots" your hair up and it almost feels like a rat's nest. (I follow up the shampoo with the conditioner which corrects the problem.) I thought this was only happening to me, but then talked to my sister-in-law and she had the same experience. (She ended up giving me her bottles because she didn't like the feeling.) But, overall, the product works like it supposed to and smells nice.

This smells great, and is a light conditioner. Only issue, and maybe it was my bottle in particular, but I had to pump it like 6 times to get what I needed.

First of all I have Redish Magenta hair color, and have tried many color safe shampoos, both high end and drugstore. Either they did not work as as color safe shampoo, and if they did, they left so many residue (and my scalp is so sensitive) that easily I get dandruff. This is a clear shampoo, that smells like candy? (to me). When applied if feels so luxurious, my hair color barely bleeds, leaves my scalp clean, while at the same time hydrated, and after my hair is dry, I do notice the volume (since I have fine thin hair). One thing that I did notice is that it does not lather, but that is a thing on color safe shampoos. I am really amaze that this shampoo does everything that it promises. In Love.

My colour noticeably lasted when using this shampoo and my hair felt fuller after washing. However the pump bottle is very stiff to operate and should be improved.

I love so much about this product- the volume without a heavy feeling, the scent... But like other reviews, I gotta say the pump is a bummer. It seems like the formula is too thick to make it through easily. No worries, though! No pump will keep me from enjoying it!

Uasd this product after the first time I used your color system... Hair was full and silky, but the color didnt last long. Understanding that could be due to my grays being stubborn, not sure though. Again, bottle is too small.

I think this volumizing shampoo does exactly what it says - it does build up my hair and makes it easier to style. Plus, it keeps my color fresh for longer. What I don't like is the pump mechanism. I especially find it difficult to use with this shampoo as it is thicker. I wish this shampoo came in a squeeze type tube instead. Then I would give it 5 stars.

The shampoo is great but the bottle pump barely releases any shampoo. I have to use all my strength on the pump to get the product out of the bottle. I have arthritic/dislocated thumbs so it hurts to dispense the shampoo.

I haven't been using this that long, but so far it seems pretty good. The one complaint that I have is that the pump is very hard to use. And if you have any kind of arthritic problems...well that can be a big problem in the shower. I have RA and it takes all I got to pump out the shampoo with wet hands. Not good...So I hope they rethink the pumps on these bottles. I've never had a pump that pumps so hard before on anything.
