I really love the shampoo. It adds the volume I need in my fine hair and protects my color for weeks. I would suggest that you redesign the pump. It is hard to push down and clunky. A nice easy push pump with just the right amount of shampoo for one hair wash would be great.

I have tried many volumizing shampoos, none that really seem to work. This shampoo really works to add volume to my hair and with straight fine hair that is not an easy task. It works to add volume even when I just towel dry.

Works amazing!! Very hard to pump out. Maybe make the inner tube bigger because the conditioner is real thick. And a niggle bottle for longer thick hair. I'll pay the price!! Gladly!!

This is the same review I wrote for the countepart shampoo. I used them in conjunction so the results for me are because of that. I was using a volumizing, color safe conditoner I iked but decided to give this a try with the ESalon volumizing shampoo. They are a great combo and I found their resuts to be even better than what I had been using and liked. My hair has body and fullness and color fades more slowly. Very pleased!

I love this conditioner. Smells so good. I love the pump bottle. I have very oily, and really long hair, so I only put it on the ends of my hair. It keeps my hair shiny and healthy and makes brushing it out easy peasy.

This order as well has taken a long time to get to me! I ordered this 11 days ago & im still waiting. I just got an update saying it's finally on the way. So I would suggest ordering it before you color your hair!!

I continue using this product, it smells fantastic and ii love that it’s color safe. My hair does seem vibrant after 3 weeks. The claim to volume however is lost on my hair. Lovely product overall.

I have fine hair that is color treated. This shampoo and conditioner dried out my hair making it feel and look straw-like. I did not notice an increase in volume in my hair.

I've used them hoping it would help Me more than my store bought choices But I haven't noticed that much of a difference. I do love how soft my hair feels after using it! As for the volume I didn't notice any changes in that area.

I loved the moisture shampoo and conditioner but decided to give the volume set a try. For my fine hair the moisture products actually work much better, making my hair feeling silky and smooth. I will be going back to the moisture products.

both the shampoo and conditioner that replaced the LOVE IT and LOCK products are wonderful!!!! I LOVE THE NEW ONES SO MUCH MORE!!!! The packets (individual packets) are more difficult to open than the older ones. With wet hands, forget it. Just a mention. Product is AWESOME!!

I like it. It's much smaller than I expected, but I did not pay attention to the ounces when ordering. It seems like a light formula. The scent is very strong and has a hint of "old lady" perfume to me. I am on a never ending quest to find the conditioner that came with my highlights...this one is not it, but it'll do. I do not think it's worth the price, but it's a fun change.

I ordered Big Softie Shampoo & Conditioner. I was pleased with how quickly the product was delivered! The shampoo smelled wonderful and added volume. I would love to see this product strengthen as well as volumize.

I like the shampoo you send in the packet with the color better as it is white in color and it suds up easier than this one. I believe I need to try the shampoo that is compatible with the love Unconditionally conditioner.

Having baby fine hair sucks, and most volumizing products don't deliver. The Volume Shampoo + Conditioner Duo does. For context, I have long, fine, curly hair and I'm a wash & go girl, meaning no product and no styling. My hair is flatter and straighter close to the scalp, leaving everything looking limp. Using this duo, along with the Triple Prep, is leaving my hair noticeably fuller.

Its alot like my more expensive brands and doesnt fade my color at all over time. Its well worth the cost. It gives the body and shine but not extra weight of alot of conditioning color treatment cleansing systems. My grand daughters even used it accidently and raved.
