I like these products however I prefer the conditioner over the shampoo. The shampoo is too soapy and I don't notice a difference in moisture between this shampoo and others on the market. The conditioner is just right.

I've ordered different ones. None smell good or work with my hair.
Instead of making my hair better it leaves a sticky feeling on scalp and just dry at the ends.
I do love the smell of samples they put with my order. The sample left my hair very light, fluffy and clean. An absolute wonderful feel.

This was ok. When I received my order, I had expected the bottle to be bigger for the price paid. It didn't work any different on my hair than the store-bought brand I had also purchased, while I was waiting for my order.

I have been a long time user of esalon products and I ordered and tried this for the first time on saturday. After coloring, washing and drying my long hair it looked like straw. Even applying shining armor to it didn't help much. I used my hot rollers on it as I always do once a week after washing etc and 15 minutes after removing the rollers it now looks limp and lank, something my hair never does. I am trying to return this product.

I really liked the other shampoo and conditioner that I purchased before, since it was no longer available I tried this one. It leaves my hair feeling slimy, like I need a shampoo... even though I JUST washed and dried it. How frustrating. I've tried washing twice, using less conditioner, only conditioning the ends, rinsing twice ... you name it..

I used this combo for a few months but in all honesty I didn't feel that my hair was that moisturised what so ever.
I am rather disappointed with the shampoos/conditions so far and left to wonder for the £24 I am spending that that money is better worth buying elsewhere!
My hair is long, dark and growing for cancer wig charity.
So I have tried to be good and not use straighteners or a hairdryer. Cut back on the swimming and sauna or put conditioner on before going in.
I think the problem is the conditioner is not enough.
I imagine this is fine for a lot of people.

Sadly, my crazy hair didn't love this. My hair is a mix of corse fine curls and it is very difficult to find products that work with it! It's not for me, but imagine it would be fantastic for other hair types not so challenged.

As with the conditioner holder, the Shampoo holder was exactly the same, it did NOT have the plunger on top to get the contents out, you pressed firmly at one end and it opened the lid.
But again, as with the Conditioner, the Shampoo container did exactly the same thing.
The contents leaked out after the lid had been firmly shut closed. It also leaves a sticky mess, running down the container onto whichever surface the container was on, leaving a gooey messy container and surface.

I didn’t add this to my cart, but it was magically added to my order and by the time I received notification, it couldn’t be removed and the order couldn’t be canceled. With that said, time I KNOW I didn’t add it to my order and it It’s really expensive for the quantity and quality of the product and I resent having to pay for something I didn’t request...I like to color I receive and I like the overall idea of the service and avoiding the store, but if something else magically ends up in my cart a third time I will NOT order from this company again....at the extra add on cost when they do this, I might as well drop the extra $20 and go to the salon.

1- You don’t get a big bottle for the money.
2- Seems I have to use a lot of product to work into my med length, fine hair.
3 - Doesn’t make my hair feel any more moisturizerized after I use it - feels like a cheaply made product.
4 - There’s def better products out there that can do the job for equal or less money.
Not a great conditioner in my opinion. Don’t waste your $$

This product has a coconut product in it and I was allergic and had to go to the emergency room and be on steroids for a week. I had to research the ingredients to find out there was coconut.

I’m actually using Dove intensive repair shampoo and conditioner to get the shine and softness back. I also use Imon Pro ampoules pre/post treatment, repair care w/botanical red ginseng, to replace conditioning.

My hair texture is curly thus it craves moisture. This wash was anything but... It removes all moisture from my hair and renders it very dry, the opposite of the original shampoo. Would not recommend for reasons outlined.

Product leaves hair very soft. I am not fond of the fragrance, It smells like milk. Also, I cannot get product out of the bottle. Plastic is stiff and have to squeeze very hard to get anything out. I will not buy again.

It's a good product but I like a good clean scent to go with it. This product doesn't have much of an scent. Kind of a disappointment! I love the shampoo and conditioner that is sent with their color treatments but I wanted a little more moisturizing for my hair. I love clean smelling hair. You just don't get that with this.

I don't know if it's because I live in Colorado which is a semi arid climate, but to call this and Moisturizing Conditioner is not quite accurate. My hair has been frizzy and dry, even after leaving on for the longest amount of time suggested. I'm quite disappointed.

Like this product but the pump needs to be adjusted to pump out more. I have to unscrew top to get product out, as it would take me six pumps for acquired amount. Have shoulder length hair.

I was so excited about this cause I love the brand but after I shampoo my hair and was ready for my conditioner I notice that my pump was damage.. I try to fix it with no success, I have to open the bottle to get some of the product and it works really well, leaves the hair feeling fine it just that I don't see my self reaching for it any more cause it works ok but the damage pump makes it a step back and I end up just using any of my other conditioner

Unfortunately this product as the shampoo isn't working for me. After dispensing product and working it thru my hair I leave it in foe 3-4 mins. Yet this still doesn't help.

This product doesn't work for me. I feel in purchasing a good product, should not mean that I would have to get yet another and another moisturizing product, especially since I didn't need to use all of this before.

I did not care for this product at all. At least the smell is better than the shampoo partner, but overall it did not add any moisture to my hair.

I have to use too much at a time to even get it to lather and get through all my hair, cost too much to have to use so much each time, will not order again

I did not care for this product at all. It does not lather up or do anything for my hair whatsoever. It does not have a pleasant smell either

I loved the scent of the conditioner, but I have natural curly hair and I wanted something that would control my frizz. I was going to order the product you have specificly for natural curly hair, but the person helping me on the phone suggested I use this product because she had curly hair and used it and loved it. So I took her advice and did. Well it did not hold my curl nor did it control the frizz. It made my hair too soft. I only used it once and won't use it again.

I got this to see if it would improve may hair. I have to follow up with the color care as this shampoo makes my hair dryer. I don't know why. Does it only work when combined with the companion conditioner?
