This is a great product; makes my colored hair feel thicker & stronger. The bottle is difficult to pump, if you don’t have a place to put it down, it is difficult. Why not just a squeeze bottle??

Updated review - E salon responded to my review, they believe this was a bad bottle most likely and made it right by me, great customer service! Hopefully others will not run into the same situation.
My hair did feel nice after using - but the unpleasantness of using them makes it not worth it. The shampoo especially has a rank/stale smell that was just awful. I hate to waste money and products but I don't know if I can use these up or not. Not a good experience to start the day.

Very pleased with the repair shampoo and conditioner duo. It made my hair feel alive, instead of dry and brittle. Seems like hair has a bit of stretch to it instead of just breaking off. I would have given 5 star but I'm really not impressed with the smell of either product. I would have expected a much nicer, lingering after-scent for the price but having hair that looks and feels alive again was the initial intent.

I thought I'd try it after I noticed my color was fading when using my old conditioner. It was better for the color, but I can't say it's any better for detangling than the other low sulfate conditioners I've tried.

I like the texture and smell of these products, but even cautious scalp shampooing and very generous use of the conditioner leaves my hair a dreadlocked mess. I have to comb through it while still in the shower.
By contrast, the Shea butter conditioner I used before gave each strand a better seal, with less tangling.

I have used nearly all of the eSalon shampoo/conditioners. This set is my favorite as my hair feels clean and shiny until the next shampoo. I still have a problem with the bottle caps, and have commented about them several times. The openings are so small that I have to shake and pound on them to get the product to come out. A pump top would be great. They could be sold separate and used over and over. BUT, the shampoo and conditioner are great.

The scent is not great out of the bottle but after your hair dries it is a very clean pretty scent. Hair is so soft. Makes it feel like my 20 something hair. Love it.

It only takes a little for lots of lather. Hair feels clean but not like it was stripped of all its oil. Conditioner works well leaves my hair soft and tangle free.

I love all of you esalon products, but I am dismayed by all of the unnecessary packaging. Everything is shipped in a box, then inside, there are multiple products packaged in several non biodegradable pink bags. Please consider reducing your carbon footprint with all of the wasteful packaging, or I’m afraid I’m not going to be ordering again.

I've tried various products for the last decade to strengthen, thicken, enhance, & regain some of the beauty my hair used to have. I've tried various products from super expensive to just expensive. While yes, my hair began to "re-grow" in thinning spots, it was essentially a frizzy mess of dried corn husk! No, I'm not really exaggerating, it was DRY!! I have used, and loved the esalon color for quite some time now. With my least order, and as a last such effort, I added the repair shampoo/conditioner and weekly retreat. I got everything fairly fast as usual but didn't start using until about 2weeks ago. I've been used the shampoo/conditioner with each wash and the weekly retreat three times. HOLY HAIR! I am well on the way already to regaining my Crowning glory!! It has only been 2 weeks and after the sorry Week I no longer had to use oils just to comb through it. It feels silky, soft, and happy. I cannot stress how amazing this is 😍 I am ecstatic to think that I finally found something that works! Thank you E-salon!!!!!!

I highly recommend getting this product. Its pricey but will help with the color. The first round was great lasted FOREVER (Months). No fading. But every order after that, wasnt so good. Color not staying in or changing al together. I wanted the darkest brown but by the end of the week, my hair turned red.

I love the fragrances and the texture of the product. I do not care about packaging--I want the product in the bottle. However, there needs to be more depth to this product. I find myself wanting the tube of conditioner that I get from the old box of color. This needs to be beefed-up a level in my opinion.

As a product this is great. The price is not so great. If I lived alone I’d probably buy this as a little luxury but in a family household it isn’t an economic option. I may occasionally treat myself (and hide it!) but I don’t see this becoming a regular purchase. Sorry.
