Thank you yet again for nailing the hair colour I requested. This time the instructions said to leave on for 30 minutes at the roots and it was perfect. The colour is just gorgeous! Thanks so much xx

Custom Colour Set

I used this colour for the first time today, I ordered it to use on my roots and I can honestly say it's an absolute game changer. I was worried at first because I wanted lightest blonde and on developing, it seemed to go a dark brown colour, where normally it would be either white or blue in my experience, however, the match was fabulous and my hair is exactly as I wanted it. Thank you Lucia who put my pack together, the only thing I can't comment on is how it lasts, but I have high hopes.
