Everything I had hoped for.This process was so easy, from filling out questionnaire online, expressing my concerns to a color specialist and receiving the product. The instructions included were very helpful and helped make the process a little less stressful. Great colourSo ... more than I would normally spend to do my roots BUT the colour is perfect, my hair feels great and the coverage on my grey is really good - better than the brand I normally use.
