Change in FormulaI had a phone consultation with my color specialist and we carefully considered what changes might make the color more acceptable to me. Those agreed-upon changes were included in my next color package. I used the package on 8/17/20 and so far I am pleased with the color. I will wait until I have two shampoo experiences to make a final determination. I appreciate the ability to consult with a professional.
