Great colorI really like my first experience with esalon. The color was really great and has depth, the videos were helpful but honestly as someone who has used box dye it was easy. The grays covered well. Customer service was good too. I love that they will send me my product and that my name is on the label. Custom Hair ColorLoved this service and will be using again!!! Cost is sooo cheap ! I would easily have given 5 stars but I wish it made my hair a little silkier/ shiner. Maybe due to my hair texture which is very dry naturally , I needed to finish with a heavy conditioner and shine ?? Very true to my current colorI was pretty amazed that eSalon and I chose hair color just one shade away from each other and the color has been great.
