Best ever hair color!I love this product! Even my hairdresser loves this product. She wishes she could use it for all her clients. Beautiful color, easy to use. Great that it includes everything you need in the kit.I have been using this product for a few years now. I loved the color I first choose, but as I have aged and more gray is to be hidden, I found the color was not exactly right anymore. I told them what I wanted, they made a small adjustment an it was perfect again. Great customer service, great working with the specialists. Thanks Vanessa and e-SalonMy hair color is beautiful. The directions were clear and easy to follow. Doing the roots first then the full head with what I think was glaze.... took a big chunk of my afternoon but the results are worth it and look terrific. Maybe I'll just keep it easy peasy and only do that 2nd step every few applications? In any case, I'm very satisfied with my eSalon experience and look forward to continuing our mutual endeavor.
