Big change from store products, sorry Loreal, Belle Color, and all the others.I really love, love this product. It is not itchy on the scalp and my hair is really soft, which I found really nice. With the other store products I would find my hair stiff and dry. I couldn't believe all the little touches like the cream protector from stains and the remover. FABULOUS COLOR!I think that eSalon is the greatest thing since a slice of bread with butter of coursr :) Not only is the website user-friendly in selecting your color options but the customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with!!! The customer service is not like you're waiting on hold forever; you feel like each and every call that you make with them should you have to do so, is personalized just for you kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. They also surprised me the very first time 2 years ago when I ordered my first color product, they wanted to make sure that I had all my selections in line for what I wanted. They had one final confirmation discussion and I just can't say enough about the customer service! Excellent Product & ServiceJust began using this service and so far I'm really pleased with the personalized attention and the quality of the products. After my first shipment they checked on me to see if I was satisfied. I made some comments about trying to keep the color from fading, and they worked to remedy this with an additional booster product in my next shipment. And it definitely helped.
