Very happy with results!The first time I used the root color I was inexperienced and unsure of myself but followed the directions to a tee. I did a pretty good job and was happy with the results but I did miss a few spots and I feel like the greys didn't cover completely. So I got in touch with my stylist and she recommended that I leave the color on a little bit longer. For my next root conceal batch I used the brush, the first time I just used the bottle tip for application. Also, I was more careful&patient, and left the color on a little bit longer. I couldn't be happier with the results, I really enjoy doing this now myself! I would highly recommend it during this time of quarantine & someone who doesn't want to go to the salon as much just to have your roots done(pre-covid of course). Love, love, love itI have had 3 sets since January but with 1 thing or another I just didn't have time or the patience to do my hair myself. I gave 2 to my daughter and it turned out fab so today i decided to do mine and I have to say it turned out perfect. No more unsightly "salt and pepper" hair for me though it is a good bit darker than I am used to but I do like it but hopefully after finding they can adjust the colour I have asked for it to be made lighter. I am always nervous when it comes to having my hair dyed as I never like it to start with especially if it is a darker shade but I have to give eSalon 11/10. Their colours, service, after care and customer support is impeccable because 1 order never arrived and after sending a quick email they immediately sent out a replacement at no extra cost. Color not what I expectedThough I am very thankful for my dye in this Covid 19 time. It is way better than gray roots. However, I thought it was going to be redder than the time before since asked for it to be so. It came out very dark brown with hardly any red in it. Easy to applyThe color was easy to apply. It was a little darker than my color though I sent in a picture but I liked it. Absolutely Loved It!For years, I've really struggled to find the perfect shade for my hair. It is jet black (I'm Asian) and even if I just want to get some nice dark or medium shades of brown, it's either doesn't lift - or it turns into a very yukky orange. Even going to the hair salons, they just point blank say it's not possible and in all honestly, I've always turned away unhappy. Especially, as I have greys - so whether it's the shop brand or hair salons, I have to use a very darker shade to ensure coverage. A friend of mine recommended eSalon! Not only was the whole purchasing experience an absolute joy - with such each, but the box, the items, the instructions were so easy to follow. Most importantly - the hair colour was fantastic! Only one issueOverall, I am please with the coverage and how the color turned out. But am a tad baffled as to how after 4 washes I'm still bleeding color? I have naturally thick, curly hair and a dry scalp, so I can get by with washing once/twice a week, depending on how I style it. During initial application removal, I rinsed and rinsed and rinsed again until water rain clear. Seems as though when I shampoo, it's stripping away color? Not really sure, I use the Sebastián line in hair care. I believe the tint does help minimize what is lost and aide in keeping shine.
