The color is great. I am happy with it.I only wish that they would provide a color brush/applicator with each color kit. It came with my first one, but I didn't know I was supposed to keep it and I threw it away with all the emply containers. Poor customer service!I ordered this product a few weeks ago. Within a day or so of ordering (before the item shipped), I called because I had an unforeseen situation. I had to abruptly leave where I was staying and go back home. I had to leave in order to avoid being exposed to COVID-19. The person I was staying with needed to be quarantined and did not want to stay in a hotel. So I asked that the item be shipped to my home address. The customer service agent told me there was nothing she could do. I also wrote a complaint in the survey I was sent. No response. As of today, I have not heard from anyone and have not tried the product. Zero attempt to keep my business. Thanks but no thanks. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

I like the product But......The color has to much red in it. I think a medium ash blonde and a dark ash blonde mixed would be a better color for me. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
