First purchaseThis was my first purchase through Esalon. The product is good and easy to use instructions but the overall colour finish is lighter than a dark brown with mahogany red. Love the colorThe color created for my root touch up blended perfectly with my previous color and highlights. However, the shampoo and conditioner provided left a nasty film on my hair. As good as Professional Hair Coloringthe instructions were easy to follow and almost everything was included in the kit. I have two complaints. I paid for a cape that didn't come. The second is that the instructions advise you to clip your hair in four sections. I feel that clips should be included in the kit.
