Best color and hopeful suggestionI've been a client for a few years. I absolutely love my color and always get tons of compliments. Here's my dilemma... I wish you guys would sell messy bun extensions (real hair would be awesome) that I could esalon in my shade of red. I can't find one that matches my color. Good but not great.Customer service for ordering was great but unfortunately the end result was lackluster. After following the steps provided word for word the top of my head (roots) is blonde while the lengths of my hair is copper blonde (which was the goal color) 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Meine HaarfarbeWar total überrascht, von dem schönen Ergebniss. Leider dauert Lieferung sehr lange. Am 21.8 wurde die Farbe verschickt, am 31.8 immer noch nicht da. Hätte gern vor dem Urlaub die Farbe erneuert. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

colour changeI wasn't happy with the grey coverage with my first order. My team made a suggestion and added an extra colour step at no charge.
