So so expected effectivenessI have a problem with hair coloring wearing off my gray after coloring and mentioned this to the consultant when I made my first order; hoping that since this product was supposed to be made for me, it could be designed to overcome this. It didn't. So I am sticking with the store bought brands that are much cheaper and have the same results. I liked it but...The colorist did a fantastic job, but there was just too much involved in coloring my own hair. I have canceled all future orders. I'm disabled and had a hard time. It would've also been nice to have a heads up on needing to use plastic clips during the coloring process. I wasn't able to do that, as I needed to color my hair as soon as the product arrived.
