Great result and lovely soft hairThe colour result was very true to what it was supposed to be. It left my hair feeling soft and manageable. Why didn't I give 5 stars? 2 reasons. Firstly it was very runny, which when you're self applying is a problem. It splashed everywhere! The color is absolutely perfectI love the product; esalon colorists have matched my "before-gray" beautifully. But the instructions leave a lot to be desired. No reason is given for different instructions--apparently I'm supposed to spend $20 to color just my roots, now that I've been using esalon for a year.
