Medium Brown - not very Medium Brown.Decided to try your product. Not very happy with the product since it didn't cover the gray very well and the color isn't as rich as I'm used to. The hair color was completely crushed and colored my clothes, the parcelsThe packaging of this is awful, it's a very cheap plastic bag with holes in it, probably thinner than Chinese sauce. It spilled all over the place, all over the box, and damaged my clothes too. Never received my orderI've never received my order and still don't have any reply from your company. It's a pity and very dissapointed. Farbe hält nichtLeider ist von meiner Coloration fast gar nichts zu sehen. Ich habe alle Schritte genau befolgt und mich an die Einwirkzeiten gehalten. Mir ist auch bewusst, dass meine bisherige Haarfarbe eventuell durchscheinen und das Farbergebnis verfälschen kann, aber meine Haare sehen frisch nach dem Färben leider genauso aus wie vorher.
