Awful colour match.I ordered medium brown for my hair jt came out black. It is dreadful. I would not recommend this to anyone. It is cheaper than a salon for a reason, it’s is awful quality and it is not worth it 2 sur 2 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Not a pleasant surpriseFirst of all it makes me angry each time, that the color is only for roots. I don’t want to do roots only, I do not have technique for that, it gets messy. Last two times I was starting with roots but ended with color on all hair. Although it was nice and I was happy, this time it went wrong. I don’t know how can this be same mix as always. Nie wieder!!!!Ich hatte ein Kennenlernset bestellt und erhalten. Da ich nicht zufrieden war und auch kein Abo abschließen wollte, nahm ich per Mail Kontakt zu eSalon auf, um mein bereits über Klarna eingezogenes Geld einer zweiten Lieferung zurück zu bekommen. Ich habe keine 2. Lieferung bestellt und auch nicht erhalten. Meine Mails vom 2. und 24. Mai werden einfach nicht beantwortet. Kein gutes Verhalten HM 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
