Easy to use but didn't cover greys at all.If I could give 0 stars, I would. Problem #1 - Original order did not cover greys at all. My colour was changed (to a slightly darker colour) and I was given a credit so I didn't have to pay for the second shipment. All good, right? Problem #2 - Second order was good. Covered the greys. But my third order was changed to a darker colour without me asking for it or being made aware of it before it was shipped. Problem #3 - Although I initially had better grey coverage the dye was fading quickly. I went back onto the website and realized I was getting demi-permanent dye and not permanent (Permanent is better for grey coverage.) So I asked to keep the same colour but switch to permanent dye. Which leads to... Problem #4 - When I mixed the 2 bottles together the smell was so strong - stronger than the demi-permanent and stronger than other box dyes I've used. I had to keep my bathroom door and windows open while using it. This wouldn't have been so bad but when I got into the shower and mixed the dye with warm water it was overpowering. The window and bathroom door were still open but the smell was so strong I felt like I was going to pass out. I had to get out of the shower (dripping with hair dye) to get air. I still felt nauseous half an hour later. I have been dying my hair at home for more than 10 years. I have never experienced anything like this before. Apparently, this is normal. Problem #5 - They could not keep the same color in permanent, but failed to tell me this, so now my roots are nearly black. I'm done! No colorI have colored my hair twice my hair is still Brown there is no copper tone whatsoever very dissatisfied the product also dried my hair so bad that I had to have it cut off I will not be ordering any more 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Farbergebnis okIch habe gestern zum ersten Mal die Farbe von eSalon ausprobiert. Das Farbergebnis ist ok, aber haut einen jetzt im Vergleich zu anderen Farben auch nicht um. Die Ausstattung und Anleitung ist super Was mich sehr gestört hat, war der extrem beißende Geruch der Farbe. Ich musste sowohl beim Auftragen alle Fenster aufreißen und trotzdem haben meine Augen getränt, als auch beim Ausspülen die Duschtür offen lassen um nicht komplett in einem Hustanfall zu ersticken. ich habe schon Einiges an Farben ausprobiert, sowohl zum selbst färben als auch beim Friseur, aber so einen extremen Geruch hatte ich noch nie. DisappointedI was so excited to get my color in the mail. I got it today, opened the box and was so disappointed. My hair is thick and goes over halfway down my back and I was sent 1 bottle. The bottle is pretty much useless since I can’t color my entire head I won’t be using it at all. Will not be continuing my subscription 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
