Covered grays, Dried out hair.My curly hair (which needs a lot of moisture) was immediately dried out by this product. Wo ist das Lila?Hi Zusammen, die Farbe ist absolut nicht was ich wollte. Ich wollte lila... Und eine Veränderung.... Jetzt ist es nur eine Auffrischung von dem was ich hatte.... Was ich nicht mehr haben wollte.... Und meine Haare sind trotz 100 Prozent an den Plan haltens nur noch Stroh.... Ich bin sehr unzufrieden... Terrible coverageI was very disappointed in my first color. There was absolutely NO grey coverage. The color itself wasn't horrible but I needed to tone out the brassiness. I was supposed to get a replacement color which I never got either. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Never received my order and I cannot speak to anyone about itMy apologies. I found it. I mistook the box for a different order. Still, I think the shipping is wacky and I hope there's a way to actually reach a person if I should ever need to. Again my apologies for the erroneous review There's no phone number that I can find on this website and the support link just leads me in circles. Also, I find it very strange that the shipment originates from Anaheim, CA, however it ships several times across states all the way to New York. I live 1/2 hour from Anaheim. ReturnedI return the product right after it was sent to me I am still waiting for my credit that's what I was told when I called and they said they couldn't stop the shipping just send it back Return to Sender. Very DisappointedI wrote you a email telling you how disappointed I am. Not what I expected at all, front and side greys weren't covered at all, color not what I wanted, ended with 2 tone hair in the back of my head, my sister pointed it out. Super pissed and look horribleFollowed directions to a T and it did not blend at all even with pouring the rinse over my head and massaging for 5 minutes instead of just the 3 minutes recommended. I was trying to go dark red and they didn't even try to do that. I dont care really what color they think i should have for my skin tone i know what i want and have had it before and sent pics.
