Bin enttäuschtDie Farbe hat extrem nach Bleichmittel gestunken aber gar keine Veränderung in der Farbe gegeben! Das heißt also, dass ich meine Haare ganz umsonst durch diese Prozedur geschickt habe! Medium blonde turned my hair orangeI asked to tune out the red/orange/brassiness of my current color and my roots are now orange! The rest of the color turned out more of a medium blonde (the second bottle of color only left on for 5 minutes per instructions) but the “root” bottle failed miserably. Keine GrauhaarabdeckungDie Farbe deckt meine grauen Haare leider überhaupt nicht ab !! Überhaupt gefällt mir der Farbton nicht ! Ich habe nur bestellt, weil ich mir eine perfekte Grauhaarabdeckung gewünscht habe, was nicht geklappt hat, meiner Meinung nach nicht besser als billige Drogerieprodukte. Hair colourHi ordered dark blonde it turned out ginger when I contacted esalon all they could say was they can let me talk to someone that wasn't going to fix my hair not once did they offer a refund absolutely disgusting i will never order again from esalon cannot be trusted but they are quick enough to take your money but do not ever offer a full refund I have been left looking like an orange that has had to much sunbed 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. ColorThe color I received with this order appears to be the same as my first order. However, this time I wanted blue so that there could be clear blue highlights by coloring my grays. However, the color I got doesn't really appear to have any blue in it, it just looks black.
