Never againThe first shipment took 2 weeks to arrive. The 2 nd shipment got lost in shipping. And after i finally rec’d a replacement which I used tonight, IT IS THE WRONG COLOR I AM EMBARRASSED BY HOW IT LOOKS. NEVER AGAIN. I WANT MY MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED AND A FULL REFUND FOR THE WRONG COLOR. I HAVE VERY DARK HAIR AND YOU MIXED A COPPER ORANGE. I LOOK RIDICULOUS. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL ME TO RESOLVE THIS AT ONCE AT 917-443-9710. This company is sloppy and unreliable. I will infirm all of my friends using it that you cannot be trusted. DyeI didn't turn out like I thought it was going to the first one or the second one, but that could just simply because they're not able to see my hair in person in order to figure and I want and maybe I'm doing something wrong I don't know for sure. I'm not blaming anybody it just is what it is, it's okay. Hair is dry and brittleFirst, when I set up my profile I stated I have very thick hair. The two sample size shampoo is nowhere near enough to wash out the dye. In addition, my hair has been dry and brittle after 2 try’s with your product. Sorry it didn’t work. You need to put another step in with a glaze for conditioning colored hair or something.
