Didn't cover my grayUnfortunately the color didn't work for me, it didn't cover my gray hair and it has this yellowish tone. Not satisfied with the "gray coverage"I followed all of the directions, step by step, but it did not cover the gray completely. About a few days later, I was back to square one. Not for meI wasn't crazy about my color. It was just blah and too dark. For the extra money, I thought it would be just amazing. I wanted a shade lighter and was told they couldn't do that but would send me more of the same. I had to email them several times explaining what I wanted. They finally came up with an idea and sent me another product. This time the color was too red. The colorist just doesn't seem to understand what I want. Zu TeuerDie Farbe war schon gut. Alles sehr ausführlich beschrieben. Es ist ganz komplett, mit Handschuhe/ Pinsel. Aber für eine dauerhafte Verwendung alle 4-8 Wochen zu teuer. Das Farbergebnis konnte ich nur mit eine vorhandene Pigmentierungsmaske neutralisieren, da es sonst zu orange geworden war. Vor allem die grauen Haare. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Unhappy with outcomeI am beginning to think that the color I am looking for, copper red, can only achieved by going to a salon. I did try the competitor first, only because I had not heard of eSalon. There was nothing coppery about the resultant color. It was auburn, and much too dark. My hair is lighter red after using the eSalon color, but still not what I am looking for. The kits from both companies are impressive.
