Roots/ends different colors and ends were bright very fake looking copper redThe intended color wasn't achieved - the ends were a very fake looking shade of reddish copper and my roots are a VERY dull shade of brownish reddish yellow with a strange look. Roots/ends do not even come close to matching. Also the color was EXTREMELY high in ammonia, my hair feels really damaged and made my scalp SUPER itchy. Follwed directions to a T. Very disappointed. 5 tries and still no satisfying resultThe color was supposed to neutralize the brassy orange in my hair and what did it do? It turned my roots orange! Again! The only part of my hair that had a nice neutral brown color. This was the fifth try!! After every try they supposedly changed the color, I explained again what I wanted, showed pictures, everything possible. The service is great, but the color is not. what happenned?i put color on my roots and left it on for 45 minutes. i did not wash my hair for 3 days. after about a week i had only washed my hair twice. the color has completely lifted off my roots at the hairline above my forehead. i had to use the powdered root cover up that i usually have to use after a few weeks w the drug store box of dye i sometimes use. i am extremely disappointed . The first esalon color was awesome. i dont know what happened but it was actually worse than the box dye i use... please contact me...i really dont want to post this review but could not find a way to contact you...thanks- Tracy 2 sur 2 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Lots of changesI have been using eSalon for 7 years. This is my first bad experience. I did not receive a shampoo or conditioner packet in my "kit". The gloves were blue medical looking gloves, not the fancy feeling white, pink, or other fun color, which broke when I put them on. The developer was a different color (opaque white vs clear white) and the smell was very strong and stung my eyes. Lastly, I color my hair every 3 weeks and use the root treatment and ends refresher each time. When it is time for my color, 3 weeks after the last color, my ends are VERY faded - I would say 2-3 shades lighter. 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

2 completely different tonesMy 1st order wasn’t quite the right tone I was aiming for so I asked for the colour to be adjusted. The 1st order faded so fast aswell. Destroyed my hairCustomer service -never replied , colour is absolutely not what I wanted. For an example ,picture has been send .
