So disappointedFirst let me say, I am a trained stylist. I just wanted to give this product a try. I took the "quiz" and stated I have very resistant gray. I also mentioned it on the comments. I even sent pictures. The color recommended by the stylist did not cover my gray and did not match my hair. My roots are way lighter than my hair shaft. I followed the instructions exactly. Poor service and colourI ordered dark blonde and the colour I have is dark chocolate brown. I also contacted twice to check the colour I picked matched my picture For roots.
