Missing the brush to applyI had no idea that i was supposed to safe the applicator brush from my first purchase. The refill was disappointing because it is really difficult to apply without an applicator. I've just gone into your store to try and purchase one and they are all sold out. Nice product but results weren’t amazingI liked the product and the instructions were useful. However I didn’t get enough lift and now have more ginger tinged hair. Perhaps best to limit blonde colours for those already very light 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

With your first order, we included our reusable Tint Brush complimentary, however, going forward the brush will not be included in each custom color kit. Great packaging, poor colour resultsI was really excited to receive a personalised colour kit, specific to my starting hair shade and desired end result... but, it was such a disappointment! The packaging was lovely, I enjoyed the personalised labels on the bottle, which made it feel that this had been tailored to my requirements exactly. However, despite following the instructions to the letter, the end result was so similar to my original shade that it just isn't noticeable that I've coloured it at all! I had hoped to go several shades lighter, from a mid-brunette to a medium blonde, in reality, I'm now just a more consistent, flat shade of brown. No lovely multi-tonal lightening as promised by the beautiful marketing images, just a pleasant, but monotone brown.
