My hair is more red than before!I clearly highlighted my natural colour, current colour and what colour I wanted to go to and now my hair is darker with more red in than before. So disappointed and upset by this. Thought this would be the way to go from your reviews but question if the right colour was even sent. Did not take to my roots.Hello, I truly hate having to give a somewhat bad review. My husband had gotten me this set for my birthday last year and I loved it. So when I ordered it again I was hoping for the same results. Sadly it didn't happen. My ends turned out ok. But my roots look horrible. It took in some places not all. It's very blotchy. I've been coloring my own hair red for over 20 yrs. So I feel I know what I'm doing. I don't know if I chose a color to light or didn't have enough. But I followed step by step instructions. Maybe I needed a darker base. Light to medium brown to give me that dark red I was hoping for. Otherwise my roots the product is wonderful,. I'm sorry I do love eSalon. Not greatDidnt cover grey well. Color is very natural looking but not what I wanted at all. Very dark. And while the color didnt have big impact I feel it's already faded. Seems within a week or 2 my hair is almost simply brown and barely red (note, my hair has natural red Auburn undertone and highlight I wanted to bring out, not cover). I only wash my hair every few days so I'm disappointed. My hair wasnt damaged and application was easy (I'm experienced in coloring my own hair) 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. DO NOT BUYThis is not user error. The dye they formulated for me turned my hair an orange toned color, even after the toner. It was supposed to be blond. The worst hair experience of my life. I’m crying while writing this. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
