Not any better than what I remember box color to beBased on my overview of the process, no one ever contacted me regarding my color selection. The packaging is cute but I would expect if the directions suggest I clip my hair up in 4 places the clips be provided, at least with initial order. While my first order was 50% off I do not feel this product is worth the full price. No additional service/support or direction than you would get in typical box hair color.
