This color did NOT cover my grays. Completely disappointed.I was very excited to try dying my hair with my 'custom color' which was dark brown with gold tones. However, when I finally took the plunge and time to dye my hair, I was sadly disappointed. Instead of the color as stated, I wound up with brownish-gold and gray roots along with my already dark brown hair. I left the product on AMPLE time and followed the instructions so there's no reason a custom color couldn't do what any over-the-counter hair dye could: COVER THE GRAY! That WAS the point of this whole exercise after all (at least for me it was). Looks like it's back to L'oreal while still sheltered in place! 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Far too darkHad requested a lighter brown colourway and ended up with very dark, brown hair with red undertones. Really don't like red. Never receivedPlaced order March 25, order sent April 6 and I still haven’t received it. I understand todays times things may take a while but 16 days for within Europe seems a bit extreme. Hair Root Coverage nice but didn't lastThe product was easy to use and the root color was a good match. Unfortunately the coverage was just ok and didn't last two weeks. I feel I wasted my money. Short lived coverageI was disappointed that my grey roots ended up lighter than the rest of my hair. After just two weeks the grey color went to light brown grey which was worse than the gray roots I started with. I found the ammonia to be overwhelming. 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
