Color does not lastA first use, I was happy with the color but found it was gone and a bit brassy and almost orange by the end of the first week. UnimpressedColor was NOT as shown. Never received a call from a colorist to discuss my initial color order, as advertised. It does not cover gray well. The only positive thing is the gal who canceled my future orders was very pleasant. Overall it was a bad experience and exactly like buying drugstore color. I'll stick with John Frieda color. Dull & LifelessThe color didn't come out as light as I wanted and made my hair just look dull and feel lifeless. My normal colorist had to correct the disaster on my head.
