El pedido no ha llegado.Realice un pedido el día 30 de julio y aún sigo esperando a que llegue. Creo que todo es un fraude para engañar a la gente y se abonen a sus planes mensuales.Despues de casi un mes y tres reclamaciones ha llegado y me lo he aplicado y un DESASTRE ,me ha oscurecido la menos dos tonos y para nada cobrizo. He sido peluquera 18 años y está claro que ni con los datos que os he dado,fotos y dejar claro que tengo 0 canas habéis dado con el tono. Un desastre. Don’t waste your moneyThis color didn’t last at all. After coloring my hair I washed it very well. For an entire week afterwards, whenever I would wet my hair or wash it, color would start dripping off. It’s a good thing it doesn’t rain too often where I live 🤦🏻♀️ All of it was faded within 2 weeks even using color safe shampoo etc and only washing 2-3 times per week. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Hair conditionI believe I have commented on this before. For as long as I have used your products I have loved the color and the condition of my hair,eventually. The condition the first week after the process is difficult, this past order the worst it has been. When rinsing the product out my hair it feels like clumps of stiff straw, I use all of the shampoo and all of the conditioner in the kit to wash my hair. This time it did not help in the least. In all I had to wash my hair 5 times, 3 the first day and twice the next, before there was any release at all. I believe in the quality of your product this should NOT happen at all, it's tremendously discouraging. The question of, "What happened to your hair???????" Dye lasted only 2 weeksWhen I did my hair (with a friend because I cannot see without my glasses) I loved the color. It was great, the formula was great. Normally color burns etc. this didn't. However a week and a half in I noticed color started to fade. I am probably now 3 weeks almost 4. And it is the brassy version of red. You know when you go blonde and if you dont use purple shampoo it kinda goes brassy? It is like that but with red. Otherwise everything was amazing would give it 5 it stayed longer.
