Colour was way too darkI specifically said I didn't want my hair to be dark. I got my package, coloured my hair and it was black. I wrote to eSalon and never heard back from anyone. Won’t use againReally disappointed with this product. I followed the directions and had an incredibly difficult time washing it out of my hair. Washed it 5 times before it was out. Contacted the Company and they suggested I put baking soda in my shampoo to help wash it out. That was not the response I was expecting. Totally disappointedI am not sure what happened! But I Hate it... I'll not leave my house looking like this... I was so looking forward to trying product! For me a huge disappointment. Color too darkThis color is much darker than I thought I was getting. My hair is basically brown now, not blonde. However, there was plenty of product and the directions were easy to follow. Great Color, terrible scalpI loved the color, but unfortunately this product must be too strong for my scalp. I’ve used it for 6 months or so, and I’ve never had a dandruff problem. After a few rounds of coloring, my head started itching a lot. Then tiny sores began to develop and then I’d itch those, causing bleeding.
