first too dark, then just right, now too dark againi specifically asked to make the shade lighter and you guys did great the second time. then my third time was right back to too dark. i was told it was my fault for coloring all over. i don't feel like the colorists listen to me. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. hair colorI will probably cease ordering from you, I dread coloring my hair and avoid it due to the lasting gumminess that adheres to each strand of hair. I dont even like my color! I want to be reimbursed for my entire last order, I have actually been unhappy with my hair color experience since May. I plan to go to a salon again. Not enough productThey sent me a small bottle which is not enough for my long hair. They asked how long and how thick my hair was before I ordered and yet they still sent a tiny bottle. The color didn't work outWhile I liked the kit in general, the color didn't turn as I hoped. The instructions were easy to follow and the box was packaged nicely. I appreciate that you sent 2 sets of gloves and they were good quality. The color came out more copper than I would have liked but overall it is even through out and it did cover my gray.
