Amazing Customer Service!I love this product line! I especially am thrilled to how wonderful the colorist get back to you . I purchased my first color application and unfortunately missed abit in the back coloring. I let them know and within days recieved another application to redo what was missed. They are very prompt if you have any issues, and are more the helpful getting back to you in a timely manner. I really feel fortunate to have found esalon.
