LOVE this company!! Fantastic product, service and support!My colourist worked closely with me and suggested a different shade than I had originally chosen, based on the photo I sent in. She was RIGHT!! The colour was perfect for me and the product quality is great! There is little to no dripping while applying as well the colour doesn't fade like the usual store bought products I have used for years. SO GLAD I found this website!! Finally...Grey coverage at home.The color came out beautiful. I am so pleased. It is definitely salon grade color as it completely covered my greys in half the time it takes with the drug store box, which usually does not completely cover. I'm amazed!I was really worried as to how it would turn out -- too red or so dark brown that it would look black. It looks great. e-Salon thinks of everything -- including a sticker to afix the instructions to your bathroom mirror. I left the color on longer than the stated 30 minutes because my roots are so "grey", they are actually white. The result looks wonderful -- just slightly lighter than the ends but it looks very pretty. I'm glad I tried your service and products. Talking to the color expert on the phone really helped.
