I want to preface this by saying I am very impressed for the price I paid. The colour is not exactly 100% what I was expecting, but it is much better than it was. My hair feels soft and healthy, and the colour is even and vibrant. Compared to the colour on the chart, i would say it is darker and still a little warm, it's like a chocolate brown! This could be due to the colour I have underneath.

I love it. At first it was going to be purple. You have to trust the process and it was a perfect color.

Sitting at the salon getting a trim. Lady in the chair next me getting hair colored. She said "I love your hair color, did you get it done here?" I said no, I order it online from esalon!

I used for the first time this morning. I have very fine hair so I rarely use conditioner. It flattens my hair. I got a perm last week so thought I’d try it My hair is very soft and didn’t make it flat But as directed I did not put on roots I like it

I love the color and coverage! The first one I was sent was not quite right and my personal colorist was able to adjust it to exactly what I wanted.
