Happy hair!First off, there is a little bit of a learning curve. The first color that I picked didn't turn out anything like the picture that represents it. So my suggestion would be to definitely upload pictures and include a message with exactly what color it is that you are looking to achieve. With that said, after my first try coming out too dark, I called customer service and they did everything they could to fix the problem. After sending pics and consulting over the phone with the colorist, some adjustments were made and my color is perfect! I also love that it doesn't dry out my hair like other dyes that I have used. My colorI like my hair color. Had to make a few changes I was getting a lot of my red which is natural coming through with the color. No fault of the stylist. So I spoke with them and we changed it they out a little more ash in it but my darn hair does have a lot of pigments of red. I will have to learn to deal with it. But overall the color is beautiful and makes me look a tad bit younger. So I made a mistake!This was my first time using this service. I loved the customization of colors that I could pick. I picked something I thought was close to the color now. It wasn't. They tried calling me, emailing me. They said it wasn't going to be ok. I ran short on time and didn't listen. I get my color. It is packaged so pretty. Instructions on point. I think that this will be great. Then I wash it and dry it. I am so pale and my hair is soooo dark that I look like a vampire. I give it to this company... They are legit, nice and prompt. They try to go out of their way when they think you are making a mistake. If I would have listened, I am sure it would have been great. Instead, the color did exactly what I was sceptical of, it is permanent! No fade yet 4 weeks in. I asked them to lighten the color and they will probably have a couple sessions to get it light enough again, but they are super nice about it. I will love this stuff with the right color! First time in using E-SalonFirst time in using E-Salon, showed them a photo of my hair. My first use was to cover up the roots which are really quite grey. When it arrived i did what was advised. Was quite happy with the out come although still have a patch at the crown that didnt lighten up to the rest of my hair. But overall happy.
