Love the color!The color was perfect. My only complaint was that it didn't cover my gray well enough. But that could be because I went with semi permanent. Color was subtle and what I wanted.I changed my color formula to something less brassy and like it now. I am interested in pursuing and option of a slightly darker color which could give a slightly variable look to some strands--sort of like a "reverse frosting." Luv the productI don't feel comfortable using store bought hair color. I trust u guys to get me the right color and no damage to hair. So far so good. Luv the shampoos. Best Hair Color I've Ever UsedI have many hair color horror stories. Many about coloring my whole head only to find it too dark everywhere and the grays still gray. I've had major color damage from salon services, and some all out fails that left my hair a mess. I had almost given up on coloring and resigned myself to going gray in my mid 40's. I was also freaked out by changes in my hair texture and really bad breakage post a bad coloring incident, especially now that I'm wearing my natural afro-textured curly hair. This hair color treats my naturally curly hair really well. And the customer service instructions to add a hair masque to the routine has 100% made all the difference.
