Virgin hairSilver haired and finally convinced to color my hair. Product and instructions easy to use and follow. Has taken a week or so and seems to have darkened a shade or two since first day. FANTASTIC PRODUCTBeing partialy handicapped it's hard for me to color my hair so my sister-in-law does it for me. Although the instructions are easy to read and follow it took us a couple of tries to perfect the whole procedure. She's not a beautician and was petrified that she would ruin my hair. If I have a question the employees are always there to help. I called once to tell them the color wasn't covering some of my gray hair. The technician listened to my concerns and adjusted the formula and its been perfect since. My color is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! I've had strangers actually come up and tell me I've got gorgeous hair. When I tell them it's dyed they can't believe it because it looks so natural. Of course, I tell them how and where they can get the same results. Love the mixtureThe made for you hair color is a great match for me because it matches my roots that come in. My hair used to be light blonde but has been coming in darker as I get older so it's best to have a darker blonde. The new mixture turned out pretty.
