Farbe ist nicht wie gewünscht

Die Farbanwendung ist einfach und es ist ein super Set. Die Farbe ist gut und riecht angenehm. Farbintensität ist top. Leider ist mein Farbergebnis ganz anders als gewünscht. Trotzt genauem befolgen der Gebrauchsanweisung.

This color is much better than the 1 st color. I am disappointed that the color washes off around my face with 1 st wash. I don’t think it covers the gray as well .

The shampoo that came with the most recent esalon order was different…a clear rather than creamy shampoo. I did not like it. I never use clarifying shampoos. They are drying to my hair.

Abo nicht kündbar über Button, sonst top

Farbe alles super. Aber warum wird einem ein Abo aufgezwungen, welches man nicht mal abbestellen kann? Immer tritt ein ominöser Fehler auf beim Versuchen das Abo zu kündigen. Ich habe es schon über 10 mal versucht und bin langsam verzweifelt. Update 01.06.23: Danke das Abo wurde gekündigt. Trotzdem finde ich es schade, das es nicht möglich war dies über den Button „Abo kündigen“ selbst zu tun.
