After some tweaksAfter my initial experience, I sent a photo and had a follow-up conversation with a color specialist from eSalon, explaining that the color was too dark and flat. It appeared to be my darkest tone, but covering my whole head. I explained that I wanted it brighter and with more shades of blonde, copper, and auburn. She changed my formula and instructed me to use the lightening kit to add dimension.
