Customer service is incredibleAfter having a bad experience with another online co. whose medium brown color did not cover my grey and as a result looked very light brown, I ordered from eSalon. I then found out that my very fine colorist started making kits for clients to pick up. I had sent her a text with pic of my hair color and she said she could correct, so I decided to use her and called to cancel eSalon purchases already planned for the future. I never expected to return the kit that I had just received, the eSalon rep surprised me by telling me I should return the kit I just received for a refund. I am so impressed by this customer service. I recommend this co. to people buying kits online. I have to say that Color & Co that I first used not only resulted in a wrong color but also did not use my review after pretending as though they wanted to make sure my review was authentic. If you look at their reviews you will not find one that says the client would not use them again! I didn't totally slam them in my review, thought their instructions were good and kit. Problem with shippingHi -- I'm just getting around to using my March shipment. Running late, hair in dyer need, I know. Anyway, the bottle of color had spilled, leaving it a little more than half full. There is dried color product that ran down the side of the bottle and into the tray. The rest of the contents are fine. Looks to me as if the lid was not secured?? If you want me to send back the kit, I will, but I need to use what is left today. Wonderful Hair ColorThis company is professional all the way. Continually working with & providing the customer with a perfect salon hair color. To apply the product is fool-proof if you follow the easy instructions. All the materials you need are in the box. They are spot on with the right hair coloring, but wish it covered the gray around my temples a bit better. Have left it on longer in that area during the coloring, but it does wash out easy. Perfect!The first time I used it, the color was not what I was expecting. After consulting with the colorist, the next color was perfect. I am in the third week with minimum fading (red is very hard to keep, especially in Florida). Easy to useIt was easy to use, great instructions. It came with plenty of color. The only drawback is the same as with box color, color did fade after a couple of weeks. Un poco desilusionadaQuería comentarles que hasta el momento estoy muy contenta con el resultado de mi color, es lo que yo quería ni muy claro ni muy oscuro . Peroooooo estoy notando que el tinte me deja demasiado reseco el pelo. Cuando me pongo el tinte y me lo enjuago siento de inmediato la resequedad queda el pelo como acartonado . Me gustaría que me dieran alguna solución a este problema o tendré que dejarlo de usar y es algo que no me gustaría por q es muy cómodo que me llegue a mi casa y encima el tono sea mi preferido .
