Great colorThis was my first time dying my hair at home and it was ok. The directions were easy to follow and the product is good. My only complaint is the gray coverage; I have some grays and it dye did not cover a single one. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

ColorI liked the color that was prpared for me. I thought there might be a little too much brown in it and red. But i have a lot of gray and it covered it. Do you have drops that you put in your color to cover the gray longer. My salon does it. The color is great. I am happy with it.I only wish that they would provide a color brush/applicator with each color kit. It came with my first one, but I didn't know I was supposed to keep it and I threw it away with all the emply containers. Poor customer service!I ordered this product a few weeks ago. Within a day or so of ordering (before the item shipped), I called because I had an unforeseen situation. I had to abruptly leave where I was staying and go back home. I had to leave in order to avoid being exposed to COVID-19. The person I was staying with needed to be quarantined and did not want to stay in a hotel. So I asked that the item be shipped to my home address. The customer service agent told me there was nothing she could do. I also wrote a complaint in the survey I was sent. No response. As of today, I have not heard from anyone and have not tried the product. Zero attempt to keep my business. Thanks but no thanks. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
