After all it was greatThe first time i got my color i did the test for my color and I left photo showing that the color sis not work. Then I asked if I can put it in all my hair instead of only the root and nobody had asnwer me yet But then they answer me and They adjust my color they send me my mee color amd I try it and it look great. Color matchOverall I have been very pleased with my orders. However the last order did not have the same amount of product I had received before, which I can break up into 2 uses, and the cost was increased. from a little over $20. to $27.+ I would like some pink added to the red composition if possible as it holds my color longer. for the price greati liked the production and every thing that came with it i just didn't like the color i wanted a more rich violet red and it had brown in it so.... packing was great got here fast just didnt like the color at all... 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

eSalon to the rescue during quarantineI usually have my root touch up every 4 weeks with my colorist and have been in isolation for 7 weeks now. Needed to cover the grays. Color came out as expected. The only complaint I have is that the colorist emailed me and expressed that the color was darker then my current color. I responded to the message explaining that my regular colorist gave me specific instructions on color and to keep what I ordered. No one ever responded to my message and it was shipped out a few days later without acknowledging my email. Great set and colour through the lengthsI think it's a really useful set and super easy to use. My only negative is that my roots have come out too dark and too brown for the colour through the lengths. Waaaaay darker brown that I have ever been.
